"Tax dollars should not be wasted on art, music or theater classes in high school. Public high schools should be about training young people to enter the workforce. Period."       I think that this statement is very false. I think that have art, music, and theatre classes is a great way for students to expose themselves to new ideas. These classes could spark something in a student and encourage them to pursue that career later in life. Many students enjoy taking art classes as it gives them somewhere to express their creative ability. For mean i really enjoy my art class, because it gives me a chance to express my ideas in a creative and different way. I think by offering this option to students to take these classes the education system is educating them to enter the workforce. Kids can take so many skills from these classes and use them at their jobs later on in life. I do think we should invest more money into these programs, to help further and inform the kids...

            I had a different idea in mind for this project, but i didn't feel as if I executed it properly. The idea was she was putting others above herself as she's showing selfless love, but it didn't really turnout that way. it turned out really grim looking, which was an aspect I wanted, but i just couldn't fully execute what I had imagined in my head. I think this project would've been better had I had more time to take pictures over other people rather than this one subject. Overall, it turned out looking okay, but not the best. It's not what i imagined, but it's what i got. 

               I don't know what i want o be when i grow up, so I took a light-hearted approach and made myself a pokemon trainer. I had several challenged with this picture and they showed up in it. While shooting the project I had to dress myself up to look like Ash Ketchum. I took probably 20 minutes coming up with the outfit and by the time i had taken the second photo the lighting in my room had changed. I made the mistake of using natural lighting which is what messed me up in the first place. I also had my fan on in my room, which caused my flag in the background to move ever so slightly and mess up the picture. I think the picture turned out pretty well, but i would have my blinds closed first, so there was no natural lighting to begin with.

It was really easy to follow and it took very             few steps to complete it. I like the way it enhanced the details on the mountains and how they             standout a lot more than they did in the original image. I think that this tutorial can't be applied           to any image, because your image could be a bit wacky if it's super detailed.  I)                   My view on semester one is good/bad. The quality of my work varied throughout the semester, which isn't good. There were assignments that I liked, which I put more time into and there were assignment I didn't like, which i put no time into. I could put more time into deciding what my subject is going to be and I could focus more on photography techniques like contrast and focus. The result of my project depended on whether or not I thought the assignment was interesting and I'm going to change that this semester. The amount of effort put into my projects also varied on whether I thought the assignment was interesting or not. Sometimes I put as much effort in as I could and other times I did the minimal amount of effort required to complete the project. I know that I could put more effort into planning ideas for the project and actually looking deeper into the project. I could take more risks and be more creati...
